Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an incremental amendment to upsize the existing revolving credit facility to $375,000,000. Proceeds from the credit facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Rackspace Technology Global, Inc. is a leading end-to-end multicloud technology services company.
