Cahill represented the sales agents in connection with a continuous equity offering program in which Forestar Group Inc. may sell shares of its common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $100,000,000 from time to time in “at-the-market” offerings. Proceeds from the program are intended to be used for general corporate purposes, which may include to fund land acquisition and development activities. Forestar Group Inc. is a residential real estate development company and a majority-owned subsidiary of D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilding company in the United States as measured by number of homes closed.
