Cahill Represents Praxair, Inc. in $1.0 Billion Notes Offering

Cahill represented Praxair, Inc. and its affiliates Linde plc and Linde GmbH in connection with a public offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Praxair’s 1.100% notes due 2030 and $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Praxair’s 2.000% notes due 2050. Proceeds from the offering are to be used to refinance certain existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Praxair, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linde plc, a leading global industrial gases and engineering company.
