Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2026 by Alliance Data Systems Corporation. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness. Alliance Data is a leading provider of data-driven marketing, loyalty and payment solutions serving large, consumer-based industries.
