Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $500 Million Notes Offering for Spirit AeroSystems, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior secured first lien notes due 2025 by Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. Proceeds from the offering, together with a concurrent credit facility, were used for general corporate purposes. Spirit AeroSystems designs and builds aerostructures for both commercial and defense customers. With headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, Spirit operates sites in the U.S., U.K., France and Malaysia.
