Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $400,000,000 term B credit facility for Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility, together with a concurrent debt offering, were used to refinance existing indebtedness and other general corporate purposes. Spirit AeroSystems designs and builds aerostructures for both commercial and defense customers. With headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, Spirit operates sites in the U.S., U.K., France and Malaysia.
