Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended and Restated Credit Facilities for Cable One, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a new $500,000,000 revolving credit facility and an amendment and restatement of Cable One's existing senior credit facilities, which also provided for a $300,000,000 incremental term B credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness. Cable One, Inc.
