Cahill represented the dealer manager and the consent solicitation agent in connection with Tidewater Inc.’s offer to purchase approximately $50 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8.00% senior secured notes due 2022 and a consent solicitation relating to such notes. Tidewater Inc. provides offshore supply vessels and marine support services to the offshore energy exploration, development, and production industry.
