Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,100,000,000 term B credit facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for CCI Buyer, Inc., a portfolio company of GTCR. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to fund the acquisition of a majority interest in Consumer Cellular, Incorporated, to refinance existing indebtedness, and for general corporate purposes.
