Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $60,000,000 revolving credit facility as part of the financing for the acquisition of Synagro Technologies by West Street Infrastructure Partners III, an infrastructure investment fund managed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division. Synagro is the leading provider of wastewater biosolids solutions in North America. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
