Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior secured notes due 2026 by Townsquare Media, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Townsquare is a community-focused digital media, digital marketing solutions and radio company focused outside the Top 50 markets in the U.S.
