Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.250% senior notes due 2026, $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.625% senior notes due 2029, and $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.875% senior notes due 2031 by T-Mobile USA, Inc. Proceeds from the offerings were used for general corporate purposes, which may include among other things, financing acquisitions of additional spectrum and refinancing existing indebtedness on an ongoing basis.
