Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $575,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2029 by Rocket Software, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for an acquisition by the issuer and to refinance existing indebtedness. Rocket Software is a privately held software development firm, which offers solutions on the IBM Z, IBM Power, and embedded database platforms, allowing users to use predictive analytics with deep data, develop AI and machine learning capabilities, and design mobile and browser applications.
