Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $3,143,125,000 term B credit facility for Dell International L.L.C. and EMC Corporation, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of Dell Technologies Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
