Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a SEC-registered offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 0.250% senior notes due 2027 and €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.000% senior notes due 2033 by Equinix, Inc. Proceeds from the offerings were used to finance a portfolio of eligible green projects.
