Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in a Multi-Currency Notes Offering for Ardagh Metal Packaging Finance plc and Ardagh Metal Packaging Finance USA LLC

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a $2.8 billion (equivalent) Rule 144A/Reg S offering of US dollar-denominated and euro-denominated senior secured and senior notes by Ardagh Metal Packaging Finance plc and Ardagh Metal Packaging Finance USA LLC. Proceeds from the offerings will be used to finance the spin-off of the Ardagh Metal Packaging business, which will be combined with a SPAC in a subsequent transaction. The offering was reported to be the largest green bond issuance in the high-yield market to date.
