Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in Incremental, Extended and Refinancing Facilities for The Kenan Advantage Group

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a maturity extension of the revolving commitments and a refinancing of the term loans under The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc.’s existing credit facility and in connection with related incremental term loans and revolving commitments. Overall the facilities totaled over $1.1 billion. The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. is North America’s largest tank truck hauler and logistics provider.
