Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.125% senior secured notes due 2026 by NMG Holding Company, Inc. and The Neiman Marcus Group LLC. Proceeds from the offering were used for to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
