Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Multi-Currency Credit Facilities for Aramark Services, Inc. and Certain of its Subsidiaries

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to establishing refinancing facilities consisting of a $1,153,105,143 revolving credit facility, $833,040,625 term B credit facility, CAD $276,881,192 term A credit facility, €78,819,443 term A credit facility, and ¥9,343,347,244 term A credit facility for Aramark Services, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
