Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.125% senior notes due 2029 by BWX Technologies, Inc., an American technology and power generation company. Proceeds from the offering were used for refinancing existing indebtedness and other general corporate purposes.
