Cahill represented the administrative agent in connection with an amendment to the revolving credit facility for D.R. Horton, Inc. to increase the commitments thereunder to $2.19 billion and to extend the maturity. D.R. Horton is the largest homebuilding company in the United States as measured by number of homes closed. The credit facility is available for general corporate purposes.
