Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.850% senior notes due 2026 by Forestar Group Inc. (NYSE: FOR), a residential lot development company. Proceeds from the offering were to be used to refinance certain existing debt and the balance for general corporate purposes.
