Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a secondary offering of 9,200,000 shares of common stock by OneMain Holdings, Inc., which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Net proceeds of the offering were approximately $492 million, all of which the selling stockholders will receive. OneMain is a consumer finance company engaged in providing personal loan products, credit and non-credit insurance, and service loans.
