Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $3,775,000,000 term B credit facility and an amendment to the $200,000,000 revolving credit facility for Peraton Corp., Peraton Inc., Jaguar Merger Sub Inc. and Perspecta Inc.
