Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $500,000,000 revolving credit facility for CL Holdings, LLC, Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC and JC International Acquisition, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance certain existing credit facilities, for permitted acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
