Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $200,000,000 delayed draw term A credit facility and a $300,000,000 revolving credit facilities for Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Donnelley Financial Solutions is a global financial compliance company providing software as a service product, software-enabled services, print, SEC and distribution solutions to public and private companies in global capital and investment markets.
