Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended and restated $225,000,000 term B credit facility for Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing credit. Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Hyster-Yale Group, Inc., designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally primarily under the Hyster® and Yale® brand names.
