Cahill represented the agents in connection with a continuous equity offering program in which Lamar Advertising Company may sell shares of its Class A common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $400,000,000 from time to time in “at-the-market” offerings. Lamar Advertising is an outdoor advertising company which operates billboards, logo signs, and transit displays in the United States and Canada.
