Cahill represented the dealer managers in connection with International Paper Company’s offer to purchase $700,000,000 aggregate purchase price of its outstanding 5.000% notes due 2035, 4.800% notes due 2044, 4.400% notes due 2047 and 4.350% notes due 2048.
