Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $450 Million Notes Offering for Mueller Water Products, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.000% senior notes due 2029 by Mueller Water Products, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness. Mueller Water Products, Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of fire hydrants, gate valves, and other water infrastructure products in North America.
