Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $400,000,000 term B credit facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for Tivity Health, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for refinancing existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes. Tivity Health is a leading provider of healthy life-changing solutions, including SilverSneakers®, Prime® Fitness, WholeHealth Living® and Wisely WellTM.
