Cahill Announces New Partner and Counsel Elections

NEW YORK, July 1, 2021 – Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP announced today that that C. Anthony Wolfe and Elizabeth Yahl have been elected to the partnership.

Mr. Wolfe and Ms. Yahl have been elected as partners in Cahill’s Capital Markets and Banking & Finance practices where they represent leading investment banks, institutional investors and commercial banks in connection with a broad range of public and private transactions.
The firm also announced that Michael Wolynski would become counsel to the corporate practice.
