Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $275,000,000 term B credit facility for Mad Engine Global, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for the acquisition of Fifth Sun, a leading designer, distributor, and technology-driven innovator of print-on-demand manufacturing and supply chain systems for a wide range of licensed, generic, and private label graphic apparel.
