Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $350,000,000 term loan facility and a $60,000,000 revolving credit facility for N-Able International Holdings II, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility were used to make a distribution in connection with the spin-off of N-Able from SolarWinds Corporation. N-able is a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for managed service providers.
