Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $300,000,000 term B credit facility and a $25,000,000 revolving credit facility for Meridian Adhesives Group, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing debt. Meridian Adhesives Group is a leading manufacturer of high-value adhesives and sealants technologies.
