Cahill Represents Underwriters in a $350 Million Notes Offering for M.D.C Holdings, Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.966% senior notes due 2061 by M.D.C Holdings, Inc. Proceeds from the offering are to be used for general corporate purposes. MDC's homebuilding subsidiaries, which operate under the name Richmond American Homes, have built and financed the American Dream for more than 220,000 homebuyers since 1977.
