Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with the refinancing of Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc.’s existing revolving credit facility with a new $1,000,000,000 revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. Lamb Weston is an American food processing company that is one of the world's largest producers and processors of frozen french fries, waffle fries, and other frozen potato products.
