Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $440 Million of Incremental Credit Facilities for Radiology Partners, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to Radiology Partners, Inc.’s credit agreement, which included an increase of $140,000,000 to the revolving credit facility and an increase of $300,000,000 to the term B facility. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for acquisitions by the borrower, repayment of outstanding revolving loans and general corporate purposes. Radiology Partners is the largest radiology practice in the United States.
