Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $365 Million Credit Facility for Maverick Gaming LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $310,000,000 term B credit facility and a $55,000,000 revolving credit facility for Maverick Gaming LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing credit. Maverick Gaming LLC provides gaming, hospitality, and entertainment services.
