Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an $800,000,000 term B credit facility and a $250,000,000 revolving credit facility for CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used for general corporate purposes and to refinance the company’s existing credit facilities.
