Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 0.950% senior notes due 2024, a $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.350% senior notes due 2032 and a $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.050% senior notes due 2041 by Quanta Services, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for the acquisition of Blattner Holding Company. Quanta Services is a leading specialized contracting services company, delivering comprehensive infrastructure solutions for the utility, renewable energy, communications, pipeline and energy industries.
