Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with an offering of £500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.875% senior notes due 2026 by Ocado Group plc. Proceeds from the offering are to be used for a refinancing and general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures to further develop its technology solutions business. Ocado Group is a UK-based grocery solutions and logistics business and leading grocery retailer, which licenses its technology to grocery retailers around the world.
