Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $315,000,000 term B credit facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for VECTOR WP HOLDCO, INC. & VECTOR CANADA ACQUISITION ULC. Proceeds from the credit facility were used for an acquisition by the borrowers of USNR, LLC and Wood Fiber Holdings, Inc., refinancing of existing credit and for general corporate purposes.
