Edward Moss Joins Cahill’s New York Office as Litigation Partner
Mr. Moss represents companies and individuals in a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters, with a focus on securities, antitrust, and general commercial lawsuits. He has participated in numerous jury and bench trials and arbitrations, including as first chair. Mr. Moss practices in federal and state courts throughout the country, and his clients include financial institutions, investment firms, airlines, professional sports franchises, and pharmaceutical and technology companies.

Edward Moss received his J.D. from Duke University and his undergraduate degree from Amherst College, both from which he graduated magna cum laude. He is recognized as a “Future Star” by Benchmark Litigation.
