Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $2,475,000,000 term B credit facility, a $275,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $525,000,000 term B credit facility for Mitchell International, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for dividends and a refinancing existing credit. Mitchell International, Inc. is an American company based in San Diego, CA, which develops software used by the automotive industry to manage collision and medical claims, parts and labor estimates, and glass replacement quotes.
