Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.3 Billion Notes Offering for Gray Television, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2031 by Gray Escrow II, Inc., a special purpose wholly-owned subsidiary of Gray Television, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to finance the acquisition of the local media group of Meredith Corporation and its subsidiaries. Gray Television, Inc. is a television broadcast company, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, that owns and operates television stations and digital assets in markets throughout the United States.
