Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.75 Billion Credit Facility for Dotdash Meredith, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $350,000,000 term A credit facility, a $1,250,000,000 term B credit facility and a $150,000,000 revolving credit facility for Dotdash Meredith, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for an acquisition by Dotdash of Meredith Holdings Corp, owner of brands such as PEOPLE, Better Homes & Gardens and FOOD & WINE. The combined company will be America’s largest digital and print publisher.
