Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $925,000,000 first lien term B credit facility and the administrative agent in connection with a $185,000,000 second lien credit facility for Vertex Aerospace Services Corp., an American Industrial Partners portfolio company. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to finance the leveraged buyout of Raytheon Technologies' Defense Training and Mission Critical Solutions Business Lines.
