Cahill represented the administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment and extension of Albertsons Companies, Inc.’s $4,000,000,000 asset-based revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. Albertsons Companies is a leading food and drug retailer that operates stores across 34 states and the District of Columbia with more than 20 well-known banners.
