Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior notes due 2027 by Oxford Finance LLC and Oxford Finance Co-Issuer II Inc. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for refinancing existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes. Oxford Finance LLC is a specialty finance company that originates, underwrites, manages and finances senior secured loans to companies operating in the healthcare industry.
